OUR JOURNEY
Big B's Beef Truck
We were born and raised in the Chicago area (not Chicago, but the suburbs of Joliet & Elgin 😊), and moved to Wichita in 2008.
We offer Authentic Chicago-Style Italian Beef Sandwiches, Combos (Beef & Sausage), Chicago Dogs, Gyros, Italian Sausage Sandwiches, Pizza Puffs, Hand-Cut Fries and Garlic Fries.
We will have different specials and have to-go Beef Boxes for pickup or delivery. It will have everything packaged separately, with easy reheating instructions.
We will be working with many local businesses as much as possible, and some items will come from Chicago, (like the Vienna Beef Chicago Dogs, bread and Pizza Puffs, which are only made there).
We will do our best to be on different sides of town at various locations, and will also offer deliveries. If you know of a good place, send us a message or give us a call at 316-942-BEEF
